Black Widow -The Eastern Front

A Black Widow poster with guest starring Iron Man!

This started with a concept sketch of Black Widow leaning to a giant pistol… but I ended up adding a whole bunch of other elements as well! The Moscows Red Square in a blizzard was the first idea. Then I picked elements from the Iron Man lore and added him and Whiplash to the mix. Same characters were, of course, in the Iron Man 2 film, but in this poster they were mainly based on the comic book versions of themselves. The intention was to make the poster look like a combination of a James-Bond-poster and a superhero-movie-poster. I think I succeeded in that, at least!

This poster is yet another mix of drawing and some very heavy photomanipulation.


  is just perfect as Black Widow in this one. She looks both hot as hell and very very dangerous. Look out Mr Stark!
